[BCMA] Long-Distance Research Policies

Hello Gwyneth,

Our policy is that the first half hour is free, then it is $25 every 
hour after. We do not often charge people for this service, but will 
bring up the cost when they have more questions after the initial 
research report has been sent. The majority of our questions are 
answered with previous answers that we have saved or are done through a 
quick search of our relevant databases and are done under the half hour 
time. There are also quite a few older people or people who are not very 
tech savvy asking questions, so we do not charge them in those 
circumstances and in many cases regarding research of family members.
