[BCMA] CHC Deaccessioned Railcars - Second round of offers now being accepted

In 2020, the Cranbrook History Centre (CHC) completed the process of
deaccessioning 9 railcars determined to be historically significant but
beyond the resources of the Centre to maintain or restore. The first round
of receiving offers for the purchase of the historic railcars is now
complete. The CHC has accepted an offer for 6 of the 9 railcars. The CHC
therefore invites interested parties to submit a formal expression of
interest for the purchase of any, or all, of the remaining historic
railcars.
